A series of sessions between myself and a team, where we discuss a framework, goals, timeline, data, and implementation. It covers topics such as campus culture, program review, needs assessments, and organization objectives.

Includes presentations on one of the following topics: Building a Robust Professional Learning Program, Building Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Anti-Racist Programming, The Impact of Professional Learning on Student Success, and Equity Starts with You (Praxis).
Facilitation & Coaching
Provides the client with a SWOT Analysis, recommendations, strategies, and coaching sessions for building an equity focused professional development program. Activities may include, but are not limited to the following: a personalized learning course, follow-up sessions, expert speakers, projects, and surveys.
